BedroomDouble bed

Studio Lamartine overlooks Lac du Bourget, with exceptional views from the balcony. The shore is less than 30 m away, on the far side of the road that runs along the water. In the evening, the sun sets behind Dent du Chat, on the opposite side of the lake. The studio is 29 m², on the third floor of a building in Tresserve, with a lift. It is air-conditioned.

The space

The living room and open-plan kitchen (hob, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster) open onto the balcony. A screen and work area are fitted there. The bedroom has a 140 double bed and storage. The bathroom has a bath and WC is separate. Washing machine, drying rack and iron are available for longer stays. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Studio Lamartine is a 29 m² studio for two people, located on the third floor of a building with lift in Tresserve, on the shores of Lac du Bourget. It combines a bedroom with 140x200 double bed, an open-plan fully equipped living-kitchen and a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Air conditioning, washing machine, dedicated work space and provided bed linen make it an independent property, equally suited to a spa stay, a business trip or a couple's getaway. Large free parking is available at the foot of the building, and the supervised swimming beach is accessible 100 metres away, as is the lakeside path running along the shores of Lac du Bourget. Proximity to Aix-les-Bains, just minutes away, completes this setting between nature and urban amenities. This studio is better suited to a couple or single traveller seeking a calm setting with lake views than to a large family, as capacity is limited to two people.

Supervised swimming and the lakeside path are 100 metres from the property, for enjoying the lake every day.

For a spa break at Aix-les-Bains thermal springs, it is a quiet, well-equipped pied-à-terre, 5 minutes from the centre. For a business trip, the studio has a workspace and wifi. Breakfast, mid-stay cleaning or fresh linen are available on request, for an additional charge.

Couples on a getaway

The double bed, lake view and immediate proximity to the beach make Studio Lamartine an intimate and restful setting for a two-person stay.

Spa guests and medical travellers
