Booking terms

The rules that apply when you book a stay on this website.

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This English version is provided for information. The French version of these terms and of your rental agreement is the one that applies.

Scope

These terms govern stays booked on this website with SARL BRIC (“the operator”), which rents out the properties presented.

For each stay, a rental agreement restates and details these terms (dates, price, payment schedule, deposit). In case of any difference, the agreement for your stay prevails.

The properties and their terms

Each property is offered as furnished tourist accommodation, on the following terms. The details of your stay are shown in the summary displayed before you commit.

Booking

  • You choose your dates and the number of guests; the total price, including tourist tax, is shown before you commit.
  • You enter your details, then confirm your email address and phone number.
  • You register your bank card with the operator’s payment provider. No amount is charged at this step; your card details are never stored by this website.
  • Your booking is confirmed by email, with a summary of your stay. The rental agreement is then sent to you for electronic signature.

Price and payment

The price of the stay, the payment schedule and, where offered, the option to pay by bank transfer are shown in your booking summary and in your agreement. Amounts are charged to the registered card on the dates indicated.

Tourist tax is due for each night and each adult; its amount, set by the local authority, is added to the accommodation price and shown separately in your summary.

Security deposit

Where a property requires a security deposit (see the table above), it takes the form of a pre-authorisation on the registered card. Its terms — when it is placed and released — are set out in your agreement.

Cancellation by the guest

You may cancel your booking under the cancellation terms of the property booked, shown in the table above and in your agreement.

You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of acceptance, unless arrival is less than 48 hours away, in which case the booking is firm from acceptance.

No right of withdrawal

Booking accommodation for specific dates does not give rise to the withdrawal period that applies to distance contracts (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 12°). Only the cancellation terms above apply.

Governing law

These terms and the rental agreements are governed by French law.
